This company was honestly a lifesaver to me, I was looking to book our family's dream trip, which we had been trying to make for 1/years, and this company was the way to make it happenJust wanted to leave my experience on here and say they worked with us and helped make our dream come trueWe did have to pay a fee and attend a short presentation, but we could have never afforded it otherwiseWe estimate that we saved over a thousand dollarsI would use them again and recommend them

Contacted via phone by reps from Vacatoday on Monday, November 7, 2016, seeking to sell me an all-inclusive lodging packages for both the U.S. and Caribbean locations. When asked how they obtained my contact info., I was advised it was provided by[redacted] I listened to the sales presentation. Afterwards, I asked if the travel voucher they were offered could be used by an out of state traveler, and about cruise and activation fees. When I asked to review the complete package with me again, their representative, Crystal, asked me if something was funny. When I advised her that I was no longer in conversing with her, she made an inappropriate racial comment. Afterwards, I contacted [redacted] to advise of my experience with firm and was advised that [redacted] does not share its members' contact info. with outside organizations.

I bought a vacation package from Vacatoday. I loved it, it fit my family very well. The sales person and manager that I spoke with were very helpful with lots of info and things I needed to know. I highly recommend them to everyone I tell about my vacations. Thank you very much for the great experiences.
