In response to Mr [redacted] complaint he called me on Nov 11th at 10am and stated that his roof was leakingI had a crew dispatched to his home within hourUpon review of what was leaking we found that the new vent pipe boot was leaking between the old cast iron pipe and the gasket We took several photos and determined his old cast iron pipe is rotten and scaling and needs a plumber to replace the old cast pipe with a new PVC plastic pipeWe put some silicone on it during the storm to keep it from getting any worse but it is not going to lastHe needs a plumberI don't understand what is so hard to comprehend when he saw the photo of the rotted pipeCall a plumber

The so called ridge vent was never on a signed contract so here is someone wanting something for nothingAlso there is no signed contract for the metal trimThe customer said in his original complaint that we did a great roof job so I hope people walk away with a positive impression but I will not me manipulated by a customer because they can make claims and hurt a score I can and will provide great referrals to all my customers who ask for them

We installed a new vent pipe boot at the install of the roof(Please see picture)over months agoThe boot we used is an Oatley vent pipe boot that does not get silicone around it as thats the reason of installing a new bootIt is not my fault he does not like the answer as to why he has a leak around the pipeThe picture is very clearThe leak is caused by the breaking down of the pipe in the gasket of the boot(SEE PHOTO 2)We temporarily put silicone around it until the pipe is changed to a pvc pipeI also included the pipe boot manufacturer boot specs in Photo He is 100% wrong and I am fowarding this to our companies attorney for reviewWe will proceed with all legal avenues available to us.To my potential future customers reading this we have out of Great reviewsI have owned the company for over years and our main focus is to give all our customers the best possible service at the best price possibleI personally stand behind all our work if it is our faultWe service over customers a year and sometimes you meet a customer that is unreasonable and no matter what they dont want to hear the truth Thank You, [redacted] Owner [redacted]

VSR Construction certainly did not, and chose not, to fix my complaint! So I completely reject his response!!! Obviously *** would rather argue, and complain how someone could say he did not do wonderful job, instead of fixing my issue*** would rather hide behind an computer screen, instead of being a man, and completing the job that was agreed too.I am done arguing with *** at VSR ConstructionHe proved me right, by not doing the right thing as I expected.Finally I would not recommend VSR Construction to anyone!!! A man is only as good as his word, and ***'s word means crap!!!Whoever decides to foolishly hire VSR Construction, better hope they get it right the first time, because as my complaint should show, he does not take care of any issues that ariseHe would rather argue, instead of addressing a customers complaint like a manGood luck to any potential future customers, because you will need it when it comes to dealing with VSR Construction.BTW - That's three jobs so far that you have lost, 'over a three dollar piece of moulding'But keep hiding behind your ignorant statement of 'he said we did a good job on his roof' comment....you are a loser and I'm sure you set a fine example for your children of how not to be a man!!! Hi,I have been doing this for over years and everyone of my customers gets the best service possibleWe do our roofing projects without even getting paid till its completedIts funny how no one ever says VSR did a bad job, or lefty in the middle of the job but finds a $item to complain to
the Revdex.com after the factI did Mr *** roof with NO DEPOSITThat does not sound like someone who deserves a complaintI scheduled the job, got the permit, bought all the materials and had a dumpster deliveredWe showed up the morning we were to start and said hi to Mr *** as he left for work, the dumpster showed up and we replaced his roof in dayHe came home and said what a great job we didAs Im speaking with him the dumpster company comes and picks up the dumpster and everything is spotless.He looks the job over and then pays me and says Thank You for a great jobI even left him extra shinglesI get a call several days later stating a piece of his siding is missing( a $part) so I guess automatically its my faultI said to him if I can find a piece in your siding color which is years old I will fix it for himHave not found the color!!!! As far as the piece of metal he says I did not do I was never paid to do it and it was NOT part of the roofing projectwhat is the problem? IN HIS OWN WORDS IN THE COMPLAINT HE SAYS "THEY DID A GREAT JOBSo I get a compliment and complaint at the same timeI am so very upsetAlso I am a paying customer to belong to the Revdex.com so I would think things would be handled in a better mannerEverytime someone has a bogus complaint the Revdex.com wants to drop my scoreReally dont know how that works!!!!!!

[The owner of the company acknowledged that the gutter was dented, he then sent a worker back up to bang out the indentation in the front of the gutter, that did not work and if anything made it worse because we now had several little dent marks all over the front of the gutter. We did pay him in full in good faith he told us that he would come back and replace the gutter if we were not happy. Not only is the gutter dented but rain water off the roof is not caught by the gutter because it is pushed in too muchHe states that we have tried to get him to fix it two years after the installation, that is due to the fact that every time we contact him we get the run-a-round that it will get done. He told my wife in the last conversation in August of that his gutter company that he hires will be in our area the 2nd week of September, admitting that he intended to fix it, but just another no show, no call, run-a-round!! ]

HI, Yes my company did a roof replacement in Sept We did the job with no deposit and payment upon completionYes my installer dented the gutter as sometimes accidents happen and we do our best to resolve every problemIt was repaired before we were paid in full upon completionA dented
gutter complaint a uear later???? Why wait so long or pay us if you were not happy, Then a complaint year later in Sept and more another year later in Sept THIS COMPLAINT DOES NOT EVEN MAKE SENSE

The pictures show the vent pipe not sealed as it enters the roofThe other picture shows the vent pipe properly sealedThe remaining picture shows the water running down the outside of the pipe into the bathroom ceilingYou can see the gap between the pipe's exterior and the roof which was not sealed.The pipe is cast iron and does not have any holes in it and is not rottenYou can see that where the pipe enters the roof shield, it is not sealed.Put your big boy pants on and own up to the fact that you forgot to seal the pipeYou have reviews on this site of which 40% are negativeAnyone who considers using you should ask themselves" do I feel Lucky"?Hire a contractor not by what someone says how good he is but by how he handles and resolves the issues. You could have spent about $dollars and fixed my ceiling as you do "construction" and gotten a great review.This man has never been on my roof either for the initial work or the repair on the vent pipe.Regards,

We installed a new vent pipe boot at the install of the roof(Please see picture)over 6 months ago. The boot we used is an Oatley vent pipe boot that does not get silicone around it as thats the reason of installing a new boot. It is not my fault he does not like the answer as to why he has a leak around the pipe. The picture is very clear. . We put some silicone on it during the storm to keep it from getting any worse but it is not going to last. He needs a plumber. [redacted], instead of getting into a pissing contest, why don't you be a man, and call me, so you can finish the job you originally agree too?You initially agreed to replace the roof AND PUT THE ALUMINUM ROLL ON THE FRONT PEAK OF MY HOUSE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST.Yes you did the roof portion of your estimate and you did a great job...but if you want to really get into it, I was home when you replaced the roof and I discovered that you did not put a ridge vent on the peak as was originally there....Your response to me was, 'is the ridge vent on your estimate'...which you knew it wasn't, even though again you agreed to replace it, as part of the job on your initial 'oral' estimate....so the ridge vent cost me another 150 dollars that I agreed to without any fuss.... But this whole complaint was because you did not return my multiple calls after you replaced my roof, because YOU DID NOT COMPLETE THE 'WHOLE' JOB as you agreed too 'orally' to PUT ON NEW ALUMINUM ROLL ON THE PEAK OF MY HOUSE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST!!!!!!  This is my complaint.... You want to hide behind the fact the aluminum roll was not on your roof estimate so be it.....but you knew that was part of the 'JOB'. But then on top of that, when I looked over the job at the end of the day, and discovered the missing '3 dollar piece of siding' as you put it (real professional there [redacted]), you agreed to fix that too when 'your aluminum siding guys come by in a couple of weeks to put on the aluminum roll'....THIS WAS A LIE!!!!    You want to hide behind the fact the siding is 20 years old...when in fact it was installed in the year 2000, which makes it 16 years old....but once again you take the wimpy easy way out of making an excuse as to why you can't replace a '3 dollar piece of siding'....and guess what???   I probably would have accepted something that was close in color.... INSTEAD OF NOTHING AT ALL!!!! Let me let you in on another secret....You weren't the only roofing company willing to do the job without a deposit.Every roofing company that I had come out to my house, to give me estimate, knew the Aluminum Roll was an important part of the job. AS DID YOU!!! But I was foolish enough to choose you over the other roofing companies because you were a local boy and our kids went to Saugus High, so I thought I would give the job to my fellow [redacted]. Other roofers came in at the same price but I MISTAKENLY CHOSE YOU over them. Because you can't be a man and 'COMPLETE' the job we agreed upon 'orally' (that was the mistake I learned - that you can't trust what you say) I would never, ever, recommend you to any of my friends or family...because you are a LIAR and I hate liars!!! You would think by now you would know 'a man is only as good as his word'. Now be a man, pick up the phone, and call me.... to 'FINISH THE JOB', and maybe you can get your 'score' back up again, instead of complaining that someone made a complaint about your lack of morals. You have my phone number. You know where I live. The ball is in your court to 'make it right'. I'm thinking you won't. Prove me wrong.

Hi, First I want to say [redacted] is a previous valued customer. His home was 100% completed and we met him on the job site 3 days after completion for payment so we never left his home unfinished. Any project we start we finish before going onto the next and leave a large amount due upon completion...

so the customer feels comfortable. He had requested that 2  3inch pieces of j-channel totaling $2.00 be adjusted around a porch railing and it has been completed. Thank You,[redacted]
