I am rejecting this response because he spoke to me once wanted to communicate via text and received no response for almost two months.I want this fixed and for him to return my textsI spent damn near two months trying to contact himComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

This consumer has been creditedWe are a small company & I went in to his home and ordered his equipmentI did this, and after I got it in, the day I am to go out there, I got the fluHe said if I could not come there today he would cancel
I apologized, and he said he just wanted to cancelAt this point, I was not very happy with him either, so I ended up refunding his moneyI have called him back a couple of times to tell him I have receipts if he wanted to pick them up, but he has never gotten back with meHis credit was done on 10-29-The only reason it was not immediate was because I had to get the equipment back and I had to get the credit for it, then I refunded him

Mr.*** expressed in his statement he had the fluHe stated on that day his van broke down! Mr*** says one thing and then does anotherHe is not a business owner to be trustedI tried several times for him to tell me what his address was, so I could pickup my VISA refund receiptHe stated "and Revis Barracks." He never would state his numbered addressPlus he hung up on me each time without a accurate address
He also failed to say that I ordered the system from him on August The day he called October 2015, his van broke down/had the flu,
is way too long for a consumer to waitI put down a large amount of money to himI deserve better customer service than that!

Dispute Resolution Department, As the owner, I have contacted credit card service provider to acquire confirmation of credit. Our bank records show that the funds were removed from our account on 10/29/in the amount of $650.00. It will take 3-business days to pull proof from the archivesMy business manager did not have access or permissions to acquire this evidence regarding the complaint. I expect to follow up next week, October 25, with a copy of the refund transfer to the cardholder’s bank Regards, *** *** Owner, Zenders Adventures LLC, dba Vacuflo of StLouis

I don’t ever remember telling him we wouldn’t help him out, although I only bought the franchise years ago. I’m not sure about his purchase years ago as there is more than one Vacuflow distributor in StLouis. I don’t know anything about this situation so I’m not sure how to
respond to this. I received a text message from someone who didn’t give their name who said he was going to contact the Revdex.com, so I guess this might be him. As for the lifetime warranty, it is a LIMITED lifetime warranty, so we will not replace absolutely everything. Regardless of the parts, as long as they are still under warranty, he will still need to pay the service fee. He can give me a call and I will help him out
