Vacuum World

Review: I purchased a rug cleaner on 5-8-14 from Vacuum World. I shampooed my rugs twice in one year. When I went to use it the third time, it did not work properly.

I returned to the store with my proof of purchase and asked if maybe I was doing something wrong, did I connect everything right?

I was told to leave the machine and $10.00 and they would take a look and give me an estimate. I told them I am a customer of yours, bought this machine from you and you want $10.00 to look at it. Why???

I was told pay the ten or they would not bother to look at it.

I try to support the little business owner and this is what you get. If this was a big box store like [redacted], this never would have happened.Desired Settlement: Inspection of the machine without any cost to me.
