On June, Mrs*** brought in a sewing machine to be checked out told her and showed her a sign stating , that there is a dollar charge to check out any vacuum or sewing machine , she said that was fine She asked
if I could check it out while she waited , I told her that would be fine After checking out the sewing machine, I found that her sewing machine could not be fixed ,
At that time she started looking around my store , and found a New SINGER Sewing machine still in a box , she then said can you apply the dollars that I'm going to pay you ,for checking out my sewing machine, and put it towards this New sewing machine had the New singer sewing machine marked at $dollars , and next to the price another sticker that said SOLD AS IS
She kept asking me questions about the New machine , so I forgot that she had not paid me the dollars for checking out the sewing machine she had brought in I proceeded to write out her receipt , giving her the $credit and sold the sewing machine to her for dollarsSo not only did she not pay the full price of dollars she did not pay me the $ dollars for checking out her old sewing machine also told her there is No refunds and circled it no her receipt
Some time later Mrs *** came back with the sewing machine she had purchased and said that the box looked open because the box had dust on it I open the box to check if any parts were missing , she then said that she check the machine out and every think was there , and that it worked fine She just did not like it , plus the box had dust on it
She then said I need you to give me a full refund , I then pointed out the signs I have posted on

I was referred to Vacuums R Us as I was looking to purchase vacuum bags for my KirbyI haven't purchased bags for it before so I went it and asked if he had themThat he did, he told me the price $I was shell shocked and wasn't sure if I should buy themHe said it was a great deal because they'll last over a year and that in December the prices were going upI figuered I'm here and they'll probably be the same price everywhere ( I just didn't expect to pay that much) so I bought them anywaysLittle did I know you can buy them off Amazon for $for the same exact packI called and asked if I could return themHe informed me I cannot he doesn't offer refunds, but could give me an exchange or credit I told him I don't really have the money for it and yet he still basically pushed them on meSad to say I definitely learned my lesson here and I feel completely cheatedI will never purchase from here or even refer this place to anyone.I will be sure to voice my experience so nobody else feels cheated like I do

We received your letter today dated March 201 2015 in regards to the above case number.
Yes the lady did called about her machine it was cutting in and out we...

told her to bring it in and we can have a look at it for her. She was informed over the phone as well as when she came into our store there will be a $30.00 charge to diagnose the problem, there was nothing mentioned about any authorized dealers at any given time.
As far as getting the machine picked up we have been in business for over 30 years we are known for our fast and efficient service, yes we did contact the customer to let them know that they can pick their machine up but not several times like the customer is stating.
Lastly there was no mention about any on line purchase, we just informed the customer the problem is in the hose, unfortunately we don't have this item in stock at the moment we can try to locate a hose for you, but the customer said it's no problem we will pick the vacuum up that was as far as it went.

So not only did she not pay the full price of 165.99 dollars she did not pay me the $ 25.00 dollars for checking out her old sewing machine .1 also told her there is No refunds and circled it no her receipt .

My husband and I just had Paint and Carpet Depot lay our carpet in all 3 bedrooms and hallway. We are extremely happy with this company. From the quality of the carpet to the 3 men who laid it all down. Very professional people throughout the entire company. Thank you for such a positive experience during this whole process.
