I placed an order for parts on August 27, 2018, the debited my credit card on August 29th, 2018. Today is September 25, 2018. I have not seen my parts and the site's order status has not been updated since I originally purchased the part. I sent an e-mail to *** on September 10, 2018 inquiring about my order. I still have not heard from anyone. The shipping said 3 to 5 days via ground.
Thanks for the information. We went through the case found out that the order was misplaced from one of our vendor. By the time customer has sent us an email to cancel and refund. We have already canceled the order and refunded in full. The copy of refund is attached here with. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

I have attempted to get my money back from failed order on their part! Bought 4 vacuums and they stated confirmed, then cancelled order due to supply issues, then I tried to buy just 1 vacuum and received a confirm order then another cancel due to Price issue, then I received another email stating they don't carry the product at all and wont, SO I have attempted to contact them 48 hours plus and emailed them 4 separate times etc.. NEVER got a call or email addressing my concern. I showed them a copy-paste of bank charges and stated I will need my money back NOW. Still no calls
Refunded was issued before this complaint was filed. This should not a be a valid complaint.
