On the day of the service we were able to accommodate [redacted] and his wife but in two separate rooms as the couples room was booked. Unfortunately, this was not what [redacted] was looking for, we apologize for this.

Review: My wife and I both were looking to book a spa date with Vada Spa for Valentine's Day using a Groupon specifically advertising Valentine's Day Weekend deals. Upon contacting Vada Spa, they were willing to schedule a couples room with massage and facial for both my wife and I, including two female masseurs. Once we went to confirm the payment method Vada Spa refused to honor our deal saying that we needed to speak with their manager who was said to be unavailable five minutes after previously inquiring with the same said manager. We were told we can only speak to her again tomorrow morning. We confirmed the appointment pending only payment as the method of payment needed to be clarified with said Manager. The next day my wife and I contacted Vada Spa who said there was only one space available and could no longer accept our Groupon. So we were denied service and are victims of false advertisement.

We now have missed out our planned anniversary evening as a result of Vada Spa's poor service and false advertisement.Desired Settlement: I would like enjoy the night for our anniversary that should have been accommodated by Vada Spa. With their short notice and non delivery of service, we are no longer able to replace this event with anything else thus spoiling our anniversary.
