Bear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing our customer’s concerns to our attentionWe are familiar with the situation

Fortunately, we were able to sell
them a pre-owned ***On several occasions we made Service appointments to address her concerns, but the customer failed to show up
Three weeks ago, the vehicle was brought in for an oil change at which point we were told everything was fine
We understand that they are no longer satisfied with the vehicleOn account of their behavior during the visit described in their Revdex.com complaint, we are not interested in any further business with them
Sincerely,

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing Ms***’s concerns to our attentionWe have been in communication with her and understand that she plans to return our vehicle at which point we will refund her deposit of $

We are sorry that we allowed her to use the vehicle while we tried every avenue to secure fundingWe certainly did not intend to “tarnish” her family nameWe realize she did drive to *** with her child and by providing her with transportation, we did not intend to be “insensitive and inhumane” and “kick a person when he or she is down.”

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing our customer's concerns to our attention. It is unfortunate that we will not be able to refund the requested $700. Attached please find the signed Bailment Agreement.
The Agreement allows for a charge of .30 cents per mile and $30 per day. The vehicle was...

returned to us after nine days with over 2,000 miles put on it. The charges alone exceed the $700.
Without the [redacted] permission, I will not share their personal financial information, but the bank declined to finance the vehicle based on the documents submitted - the accuracy in the representation of such documents is also covered in the Bailment Agreement.
Do not hesitate to contact me should you need additional information.
Sincerely,

Dear Revdex.com,We believe that we are nearing the end of a [redacted] tedious process. With a bonded title on her trade-in vehicle, we were unable to receive a title, therefore making the vehicle unsalable. Tomorrow we anticipate an inspector to evaluate the vehicle and see if it is eligible for a new...

bonded title. If it passes the inspection, and we are able to receive a title and can proceed with the sale of her trade-in, then we anticipate a conclusion to this matter.Thank you for your patience, we are using all ours up!Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,
We have left multiple messages for the customer and she has not returned our repeated efforts to contact her. Certainly, we would like to assist her with a resolution, but we need her to communicate with us.

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing our
customer’s concerns to our attention. We are familiar with Mr. [redacted]’s
complaint and our tag and title department has been in communication with him.
We understand that Mr. [redacted] is also concerned about his tax-exempt
eligibility. Unfortunately, we...

are bound by the governing regulations of the
department of revenue who rejected his request for tax exempt status.
In the meantime, we are
hoping he will either provide adequate tax exempt paperwork or agree to pay the
required tax.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for contacting us with our customer’s concerns. I am sure the cost of the repair was a shock. During her visit with us, Mrs. [redacted] shared that she knew the window was broken which is why she didn’t ever roll it down.
When our associates were given the car for an appraisal...

they performed a very standard appraisal – testing the operation of the vehicle and its components. We regret that her belongings were left in the vehicle.
Unfortunately, we did not cause the failure and will not be able to assist with the repair.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
