Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for forwarding Mr [redacted] 's concernsWe are aware of his frustrations and despite our efforts, he has been a particularly difficult individual to satisfy With regards to his tag and registration, Mr [redacted] states in his complaint that it is the "dealer's part to complete the process." It is notAs we have told him and as the tag office has told him, it is his responsibility We have made attempts to reach him as we need a copy of his driver's license to complete our paperwork so that he can apply for a tag and registrationHowever, Mr [redacted] has requested that we are no longer to contact himWe are very happy to honor his request Should Mr [redacted] be inspired by either common sense or traffic citations for expired temporary tags, we're here to help And finally, since Mr [redacted] states that our "treatment is a total discrimination." I have to agree with him Being a company that represents just about every ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation known, we are unabashedly united in our discrimination towards difficult customers Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for bringing the concerns of our customer to my attentionI was able to speak Mrs [redacted] this morning and apologize for the extraordinarily poor treatment she received I explained that while she was not the cause, her contact through the Revdex.com was “the straw that broke the camel’s back”Since our receipt of the complaint, the [redacted] and the [redacted] have had their employment discontinuedWhile it is tough to receive a complaint of this nature, it allows/prompts an [redacted] to make a business decision that will benefit our customers in the future With regards to the charging station; she is welcome to use it any time! Dear Revdex.com, As an act of goodwill we issued a payment for his California registrationDuring our test drive, our Service Department was unable to discern any problem with the alignmentHowever, his vehicle is under warranty should there be an intermittent issueWhile months have passed, none of our employees recall or know the whereabouts of the glasses and bead decoration Mr [redacted] alleges we took We hope and trust that this will conclude this saga Sincerely, [redacted]

We sent an email to Mrs*** on June 15th explaining that she would need to contact her lenderShe subsequently called us and we replied on July
11th leaving a voicemail to return our call
She called on July 26th very frustrated that our *** *** had not been more helpWe again explained that she, being the purchaser, was the only person who could request the cancellation

I am rejecting this response because: Im rejecting this response because I have contacted the *** *** on a couple occasions and I even traveled to the Nissan dealership maybe two or three times in every time got there I got the run aroundI also called this same dealer multiple times in I NEVER got any calls back I just feel I should not have to fight for whats owned to me
