The disaster started with VAGHO auto car (used) dealer company started months ago and is on-going as of June 3, with my family, as they attempt to purchase a reliable car back in FebruaryThree months later the *** continues with resolving issues with getting the car repairedThe original purchase of the car was a *** (used)Shortly after the car started having major problems (not disclosed at point of sale).The car was taken in and they were told that it would be a week to fix the vehicle; that week has turned into almost months.The couple was given a car (loaner) that was in worst condition than the car being repairedIt had major mechanical problems, it was to small for their family size, and when communicated to the workers with these problems; they did nothng to accomodate them.The car was so tiny the back seat was removed suppodedly to make more leg room for the driver and his pregnant wife; and up to this point it has been two weeks, and no information was conveyed about the status of their car being fixedWeek three of having the loaner, the couple is stopped by the police, the car has no tags/registration, once again they contacted Vagho offices and asked for an update with their vehicle; and the run around, excuses, and game playing started all over againTrying to persuade them to switch the cars out, changing their original agreement purchase, and trying to put them in a totally different carAs of late their car is still at an unknown shop that they are refusing to give information , and note this is the second shop that the car has been changed to for repairs; their claim is that the first shop did not repair the car properly; when in fact the main location has a repair shop on siteWithin this time frame the loaner car is continuiously falling apart: cannot be driven on the freeway over 35mph, or it would shut down, non-working doors except for the driver's door, and all the lights/icons on the dashboard are highlighted; not specifically identifying what issues are at hand that needs immediate attention (car is a DEATH trap)Another phone call was made with asking the status of their car and completion date with fixing, and also to informed them with the loaner car new issue; which was now a front flat tire that was shreaded down to the rim that blew-out while drivingThe couple was given the run-around from the unprofessional behaviors from all staff members involvedNo known repair to their vehicle has been made and the vehicle and as mentioned above is being housed at an undisclosed repair shopThe incompetence displayed by the employees was UNREAL: Gina (manager) Monique (secretary), Alfredo, (the owner) ,Giovanni (finance) last name was never provided and all the other staff members associated with this organiztion are a group of unprofessional, unethical, scammers, that I have ever witnessed practicing at this level at a companyThis specific location XXXXX *** *** *** CAXXXXXTheir lack of ethics, integrity, and communication skills with customers are UNACCEPTABLE
