I recently made a huge move, and thanks to these guys it went perfect. With a whole truck load of stuff and over a thousand miles to go these guys did it all for me from moving my car to packing my house and moving it all. It was easy! When they asked me to go somewhere online and post about my move experience that was easy too because they really are great. Not only will I recommend them but I already have!

When [redacted] called me and asked me if I would post a review online about my moving experience I was more than happy to do it for them. I read the other reviews here and thought, huh, are we talking about the same company? The company that moved me was amazing. They really handled my furniture as if they truly cared about it. Im not an easy person. I gave them order after order to the point where my husband had to ask me to back off them, and they took it with the most professionalism. I paid the extra money for a full pack and unpack, and boy was that worth the extra expense. It was nice to move in and not still have days of work ahead of me unpacking everything. The movers put everything where I asked them to once the items were unpacked as well. It was a lot easier than I thought. I heard several horror stories before I moved from friends moving experiences so I made sure to do my research, and im glad I did. I felt comfortable with this company. They weret trying to nickly and dime me. They werent trying to hide any charges. They just moved me, and treated me like I mattered. They knew who I was when I called (bonus). I wasnt just a job number. I was pleased with my services. I am glad they asked me for a review, but I hope they get to see this review is a good one!

I had a last minute move situation after a job fell through, and I ended up taking a job in Florida literally days before the job started, as I was literally 1,500 miles away. I must have called five companies before I finally found availability. I was so hesitant to solidify my move reservation with my movers because I really had no time, or the scheduling luxury to find myself a handful of movers with enough truck to move me. Much to my surprise the service I received from my movers was off the rector scale! They were so professional from the time I called to the time I was delivered. They really took their time with my furniture, and I could tell they really did care about my specific needs, and my furniture being loaded and unloaded safely. They took the time to ask me where I would like the items to go in my new apartment, and helped me reassemble all of my beds, and my kitchen table. They packed my television to perfection, and they took great care to build a custom crate for it. The best part was they were able to move not just my furniture, but my car as well. It was easy to work with them because as soon as I wanted to call them for an update on my move, I would already have a text message waiting for me on my phone with the latest information from my movers. I really appreciate when a business goes above and beyond for me so when they called me and asked me to go online and write something about my move experience I was more than happy to go above and beyond for them in telling my experience.

My family recently had to relocate and had reserved a truck with a popular drive-it-yourself company. Needless to say, that company failed us miserably. We had to leave the next day and our options were dwindling. I decided to post a notice on line that we needed a moving company. Within minutes, a gentleman called. He turned out to be one of the sons of Vagos Services. Though I was hesitant at first, it took only minutes speaking with this young man to convince me they were the movers for us. He spent nearly 2 hours talking with me and exchanging information. After an extensive enventory, he quoted me a price and said they would be there the next day to move us. That's exactly what they did. The movers arrived fully prepared to move our valuables as if they were their own. They took such personal care of every item. Our valuable antiques were gingerly wrapped and safely loaded. We were nervous as they left, we were traveling halfway across the country. We called repeatedly checking on the status of our goods and were treated with respect and compassion. The owner himself called us keeping us assured our belongings were safely on the way. On the day our items arrived, the driver called to let us know they were nearby. They unloaded and unwrapped our possessions with immense care. Rafael, Enrique and Erik treated us with warmth and respect answering questions and helping us with every request. We are thrilled with the service we received from Vagos Services and would definitely use this company again. This is a company with integrity and values their customers deeply. It is very obvious they are family owned because only the closeness and pride they display can only come from a tight knit family atmosphere.
