Review: Charged for two new tires never received in the amount of $450.49 On 11/**/13 took car in for NY State inspection,I was advised I needed

two new tires, I agreed to replace. Trusting the dealership I never checked if they did it.

found out On 8/*/14 when I took the car to [redacted] for an oil change they advised me I needed two new tires because of dry rot. Next day I went to [redacted] to ask if I had dry rot, they confirmed I had dry rot on the two rear tires which were the original tires when I purchased the car in 2008.[redacted] said" the rear tires where dated Nov 2008 The front tires was one from 2011 & 2012 which [redacted] had replaced .

The tires that Vail Buick charged me for was" not put on the car # [redacted]" The four tires on the car# [redacted] now (which are required size are still on my car. Vail never replaced them and I paid not checking that it was not done! On 8[redacted]/14 I called [redacted], [redacted], to explain the situation. He said he will look into the matter and PROMISED to call me back. A few days later I called back and he wouldn't take my call, I left a messages on his voice mail.HE STILL HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS. this company should at least return my call with the intention to resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: Being on disability and a fixed income I would like this matter settled as I'm driving on the tires with the dry rot at a personal risk

to myself and others. If I replace the tire they will claim I changed the tires I paid for and don't have!. they know what they did to me . being out of close to $500.00. is far from being honest to their customers. I MUST REPLACE THESE BAD TIRES NOW FOR MY OWN SAFTY! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ? I WANT THE CASH ASAP . THANKING YOU FOR TAKING THIS MATTER IN THE UTMOST NECESSITY.
