Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We had a year contract starting 4-ended on 4-please refer to the copy of that agreementVail Honey Wagon renew the contract without our knowledge or permission; therefore we did not breach the contract as Brian C [redacted] claims we didJennifer never stopped at the [redacted] on 10-9-as she claims she did [redacted] and I am not at the [redacted] , my husband [redacted] was there on 10-9-from 6:30am to 8:pm Nor Jennifer or anybody from Vail Honey Wagon stopped byPlease refer to an e-mail from Jennifer dated 10-9-Jennifer states the following; I drive by each nightOn 10-10-I initiated a call again to Jennifer to ask when they were coming to pick up the dumpsterThat is when she demanded the new owners informationI told her that I am in no obligation to provide that and she told me the dumpster stays until thanShe insisted we had a contractAugust bill was paid with check number 8947, dated 8-10-2017, in the amount of $this was the rate before they changed itPlease refer to the bank statement from [redacted] ***.September bill was lost in the mailI called Vail Honey Wagon and spoke to Kim in the billing departmentKim told me you never pay late and I am going to credit you $for the finance chargeI paid $on my [redacted] credit card in order for them to receive the payment the same day.I was under the assumption we were paying for September and October and that is the reason I ask for a refundOur [redacted] is for sale we are waiting on the answer from a prospector buyer; we are not sure if he is buying or leasingWe are not obligated to provide Vail Honey Wagon with that informationBrian C [redacted] states they wanted to negotiate an adjustment to the rateI am curious how they were planning on negotiating after they ignore my e-mails, verbal and voice messagesTo bad you didn't communicate with us and the only other option I had was Revdex.comThe dumpster was finally picked up on 10-16-We have limited dumpster space and was hard to have both dumpsters there.regards, [redacted]

and payment was receivedThe complainant called back the same day and spoke to our customer service and requested to end the service claiming they were selling their *** and the new owners would contact us to start service. My sales rep contacted them by telephone on 10/6/and was told by the complainant that we are too expensive and they are going to have another company pick up their trash. My sales rep reminded the complainant that they are under a contract with Vail HoneywagonMy sales rep was informed by the complainant to remove the trash dumpster and refund their money. My sales rep stopped by their *** to try to speak with them and was refusedOn 10/9/the account was ended and a work order to remove the dumpster was created. After reviewing their account, their billing is in arrears so they pay for the previous month when they are billed. Since their account is current for August and September, and October has not been billed yet, there should not be any refund that I can seeThe work order to remove their trash dumpster is scheduled for 10/16/2017. Vail Honeywagon regrets that the complainant became upset enough to feel contacting the Revdex.com was necessary during their breach of contractWe were hoping to negotiate an adjusted monthly rate that was amicable to both parties. I am rejecting this response because:We had a 3 year contract starting 4-2012 ended on 4-2015 please refer to the copy of that agreement. Vail Honey Wagon renew the contract without our knowledge or permission; therefore we did not breach the contract as Brian C[redacted] claims we did. Jennifer never stopped at the [redacted] on 10-9-2017 as she claims she did. [redacted] and I am not at the [redacted], my husband [redacted] was there on 10-9-2017 from 6:30am to 8:00 pm Nor Jennifer or anybody from Vail Honey Wagon stopped by. Please refer to an e-mail from Jennifer dated 10-9-2017 Jennifer states the following; I drive by each night. On 10-10-2017 I initiated a call again to Jennifer to ask when they were coming to pick up the dumpster. That is when she demanded the new owners information. I told her that I am in no obligation to provide that and she told me the dumpster stays until than. She insisted we had a contract. August 2017 bill was paid with check number 8947, dated 8-10-2017, in the amount of $170.25 this was the rate before they changed it. Please refer to the bank statement from [redacted].September bill was lost in the mail. I called Vail Honey Wagon and spoke to Kim in the billing department. Kim told me you never pay late and I am going to credit you $4.09 for the finance charge. I paid $408.62 on my [redacted] credit card in order for them to receive the payment the same day.I was under the assumption we were paying for September and October and that is the reason I ask for a refund. Our [redacted] is for sale we are waiting on the answer from a prospector buyer; we are not sure if he is buying or leasing. We are not obligated to provide Vail Honey Wagon with that information.
