A new roof was installed on my double wide mobile home Fall of The roof looked good and no problems revealed themselves until February of this year at which time there was extensive water leakage in several areas of my home They came and removed snow and ice at that time and indicated they would come check it out in the spring Due to health issues, I was unable to address the roof problem until this fall The owner of the company came out in early October to inspect the roof and confirmed that there was no starter course of shingles, the flashing was backward around the chimney, and he was going to speak with the foreman regarding a valley that had been replaced at the time of installation when an improper product had been used Since that time the owner has been non-responsive to multiple e-mails and a voice message As I sit here this evening it's raining and water is coming into my houseI am merely looking for them to stand behind the Guarantee for their workmanship
