Our experience with Val-U carpet was excellent! We would hire them again for future flooring projects. For great priced flooring and amazing service, we highly recommend Val-U flooring.

Initially, we had a contract with an alternative company; needless to say, the previous company failed to uphold their agreement and we were left with floors torn up with no new flooring or liveable space. We were in urgent need for new carpet and so we contacted several alternative companies.

Val-U carpet had the most prompt service and sent a representative to our home in a matter of 2 hours to evaluate the situation and take measurements and did not charge for this service. Where other companies would not consider price matching the promotional deal of our previous estimate, Val-U carpet did. They gave us a great deal, immediately ordered the flooring and following inspecting the materials upon arrival, they immediately offered to install it the next day. They offered great flexibility with booking installation time.

The service provided by the owner, employees at the showroom and the installers was friendly and professional. We were pleased with the craftsmanship and there was minimal waste of materials.

Unlike some flooring companies infamous for leaving a mess behind, the installation crew from Val-U flooring left the premise clean, taking with them trimmings leftover from the installation, but allowing us the choice of keeping one or two larger remnants.

Abee was so helpful!!! After being left without the carpet tiles I bought and paid for at another flooring place by the day I needed them, I went to Val-U Flooring desperate for help. Even though they didn't stand to make a lot of money off of me (as I only needed 100 sf), Abee went above and beyond to help me find the carpet tiles that I needed the same day. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service Abee provided. I truly wish I had gone to Val-U Flooring first!! I know they will definitely be my go-to place for carpet/flooring in the future. Thank you for caring about your customers, not just the money.
