This was not a warranty claim it was a product that was defective from day oneFurthermore even if it was a warranty claim valair made no attempts to make it right or honor warranty without having my truck down for 2-weeks, which isnt acceptable as the truck is my only business vehicle? It never worked right, slipped, and made so much noise people asked what was wrong with my truckIt was professionally installed to spec I did not modify the flywheel at all I used it as advertised and utilized the dowel pins because they are mandatory to prevent imbalance and future engine damageThe mechanic said the symptoms seems like a warped or improperly finished productThe distributor (xdp) told me that valair was suppossed to send me a prepaid shipping label but I never received it and didnt find out until after I sent the item backI feel valair is more than responsible for at least return shipping on an item that never worked as advertised and caused me hours of frustration and labor chargesI was sold inferior products and treated poorly by a company that supposedly sells premium clutches with an a+ rating on Revdex.com
