contact that party on June 4, 2015, but received no answer. Ms. [redacted] contacted our office the same day and the number in this complaint was removed as a bad number for that other party pursuant to her conversation with our office. Our office has not repeatedly called Ms. [redacted]'s telephone number and has record of only that one attempt on June 4, 2015. No other attempts prior to or since that time to that telephone number.

not been called multiple times within the same day. Our office policy is not to leave a message and just call at a different time or date to attempt to reach the party at a later time.
Our office has been attempting to reach Mr. [redacted] with regards to a personal business matter. Our office mailed to Mr. [redacted] a letter on February 11, 2015 which outlined the matter we are attempting to reach him in regards. In an effort to further clarify this matter, our office will send an additional letter to him which will provide additional details.
