We engaged the services of Bruce J[redacted] at Valbridge Property Advisors expecting to get his services and years of experience. Instead he delegated the appraisal to Kimberley S[redacted], who had been licensed for only 5 months and was a novice. As a result the appraisal was not only worthless, it cost us dearly in our negotiations and delayed our ability to move ahead by more than a year. We had written to Bruce J[redacted] and provided details of the many erross and omissions and other deficiencies with the valuation and instead of reviewing the matter he immediately responded with an off the cuff rebuttal. It was clear from the report he signed off on and his responses that he had never even bothered to visit the property.
