On 7/26/when the customer arrived to my shop before I put their car inside to work on it, I gave them a paper receipt that they could fill out for their warrantyThe lady refused to fill out the whole form, she only put a name and the dateI put her car in the shop to begin tinting her windows
When I was finished with the car she wanted to pay with a credit card, but I told her that the owner of the card had to be present in order for her to pay with itSince I did not let her pay with the credit card she pulled out a check but I did not take it as a form of payment because it was not a real checkShe then told me that in the car she had a card, she told me to go get it, but I told her that I did not take personal things from carsI told her if she could go get it and hand it to me directlyShe went to get the card from her car and when she handed me the card I saw that it was a business card, I have no idea what she wanted me to do with the cardOnce she handed me the card she said that she had to go, I gave her the keys, she left and about three hours later a man walked into the shop saying that he was going to pay for his carI then asked if his car was salvaged because I saw that the passenger side window made a weird movement and I told him that in order for the warranty to cover it he had to get it fixedI then also commented to him that the frame of the back side door on the passenger side had a holeThe hole that I supposedly madeWhen you close the car door it is not visible, if he bought the car like that he might have not seen it until I mentioned it to himThe day after I tinted his car windows he walked into my shop with different family members accusing me of making the hole because I did not want to accept his credit card from the ladyHe then called the cops but they never showed up so he went to the police station and tried to file a report but since they did not pay him much attention he called you guysMy job is to install tint on cars at my work place, I only use water and window film (tint) to complete my jobThe customer also not seem to know the correct address to the shop, or the correct name because the address and name he provided is incorrectHe is providing information
