Dear [redacted] A customer came and brought three rings in and we discussed how every single ring would be repaired along with the cost of the repairs which was about $All pearl setting need to be set with some glue to help keep the pearls in placeAs for the coral ring, this ring is quite old and was broken in five different areasThe color of the coral has a tendency to change due to time, after the customer was upset about the color difference in the corals we replaced all of her corals with brand new ones at no extra cost so the customer would be pleased with the color matching Altogether repairs for the coral ring, we welded and repaired the areas that were broken an replaced her coralsAs for the third ring, the bottom of the ring where the stones set was broken which we repaired as well, the emerald was an imitation emerald, and we replaced two small diamonds (1/point each) that were missingWhile cleaning the rings the emerald stone fell off but was fixed instantlyThe incoming rings when they were handed over to repaired looked like scrap, on the other hand the emerald ring looked much better taken care ofMy business repairs jewelry, we do not remake brand new jewelryThe customer and I agreed that the total cost of the work was about $and was only paid $After she had picked them up she was not satisfied with the work and stated she would not pay for the $315, the customer had then become very rude and started to make rude comments towards meI have attached photos of the rings as wellThank you [redacted]
