When my now wife came to live with me and was added to our contract they became hostileThey accused us of not paying our $pet deposit and only after I showed them my copy of the recieptWhen we moved out we completed all the necessary cleaning and repairs and the place was spotlessHowever when we got the notification of our security deposit it said no cleaning had been done and we were denied our security deposit returnIve seen several similar reviews primarily from military tenants
NOT A WARM WELCOME TO VALDOSTA- We live in a neighborhood where many homes are managed by Valdosta PropertiesOne such property is across the street from usA very nice professional family is moving to Valdosta permanently from out of stateUpon his arrival, he found the house to be filthy, fixtures falling off walls, plumbing problems, etc and overall disgustingTrashed actuallyAfter numerous requests to Valdosta Properties to rectify the situation, the unsatisfactory conditions remain unresolvedThe rest of his family is due to arrive the end of this week and he is fighting with Valdosta Properties to get the issues resolved by then
Frankly, Valdosta Properties should be ashamed to rent a home in this conditionIt's sad that this family's first impression of our fine neighborhood and city must be tarnished by the actions of a company that obviously has no integrity
