I purchased a Franklin Speller as a Christmas gift for my mother The display cannot be readPer the Limited Warrange it is under warranty for yearI am trying to contact Franklin Publishers to return the speller for repair or exchangeI have called several numbers including the one listed on their website which directed me to a Customer Service number at which time I get recording saying that number is not setup to take callsCan you give me any advise on how to rectify this issue?
This company is shadyI call the *** number and it says that it hasn't been set up yetI go to the website at *** and it cant be locatedI ordered a spell checker that was suppose to be voice activated and I surely didn't get thatI cant find an address to send it back and get my money back I am very unhappy with this companyI just wish people would stop buying stuff from shady companies like this company so they will get shut downBut low life owner's like the owner of this company don't give a crap about their customers or they would have ways set up for customers to get in touch with themMy rating of this company well there isn't a low enough rating that I can give them there's nothing for me to choose from below zero
