This was a custom made piece for an antiquated watercraft, which is provided by a third party to us. At times like this we have no control when we can, get these items. We did have time and material involved in going to the marina and out to the boat to pattern the job. My understanding Mr.[redacted] did find the part and didn't wish to wait any longer. We may need. to change our policy in the future on how we handle this type of work.
Your letter indicates that an attempt was made to contact us on this with no response. We have went back thru email and phone logs with our customer service staff with no results. We did have conversations with one of your staff calling reference Revdex.com membership.
