Our concierge coordinator worked closely with both parties to arrange this dinner meeting for 12/8/16. Although Mr. J made a great effort to fly into New York from California to meet Ms. O, additional work was put into arranging this dinner at a more convenient geographic location for her. After the meeting between Ms. O and Mr. J, both clients sent us feedback. Her unedited comments are below -“I want to say a big thanks to the team for a great match! Mr. J was so accommodating and patient. The evening comprised of good/fun conversation, with lots of laughter. He is indeed down to earth, and I realized that we have a lot more in common than I initially thought. He's very open and took interest in learning more about my background, family, culture and origin, which was initially a big concern for me. Mr. J is a true gentleman. I wasn't even expecting him to walk me after dinner, to the garage where I parked my car, but he did. That was so nice of him. He texted me this morning when he was about to board his flight back home, and I responded. I indeed appreciate everything and look forward to hearing from him again. Ms. O'’s claims about Mr. J not wanting a long distance relationship is absolutely false. He is very open to traveling to meet introductions, so long as the lady is flexible regarding relocation. In a conversation from 8/29/16, Ms. O let Dr. [redacted] know that she is open to relocation. Thus, this introduction appeared appropriate from that angle. Further feedback from Mr. J revealed the reason why he decided to discontinue with Ms. O. "Ms. O and I have stopped communicating as well. She really wanted a commitment from me which I couldn’t give. I tried to explain to her that I had only met her once and wanted to get to know her better before I could promise her anything. I think the problem started when I went on a three week Christmas vacation. She wanted to talk every day which was very difficult for me. I had 4 or 5 one hour conversations while on vacation which I thought was a lot. The people I was on vacation with weren’t thrilled with it, but she really wanted more. In the end, I couldn’t give her as much time as she wanted. Again, she was very nice and has a lot to offer. While he resides in Nevada, she was informed that he would be in New York City for the week of January the 9th, and this would be an ideal time and place for him to meet. She asked about meeting in Philadelphia as this would be more geographically convenient for her. He mentioned that he could absolutely meet her in New York City on 1/12/2017 for dinner, but that he could not make it to Philadelphia during the same trip. Ultimately, they were not able to meet during that time frame in January due to restrictions for both parties. We still look forward to arranging for them meet upcoming when he is able to travel to her more immediate vicinity. In addition to providing Ms. O with the services that she contract Valenti for, we have gone above and beyond for her in other ways. For instance, on 10/27/2016, she was given a 3-month extension to her contract, to alleviate some of the anxiety that she was feeling early on. Thus, her contract does not formally end until 6/2/2017 This is a very rare circumstance and something that was offered out of admiration and respect for her as a client. We hold her in extremely high regard and nothing would make us happier than to see her successfully matched with the right gentleman.
