I have personally spoken to [redacted], and we have both agreed to close out the complaint. Valenti [redacted] will issue a check in the amount of $626.46 to [redacted] for reimbursement.

With some reservations, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  
 
This is the only fair thing for them to do.  I have bought a car from them and have had all my previous repairs done there and have, in general, trusted them as honest.  The fact that they have given me a loaner vehicle is really the only saving grace in this matter.  Otherwise, I would have had to consult a lawyer.
 
However, their response implies that it has been a different problem each time and that if the car fails again with a vague "electrical" problem, they will not stand by their work.  Each time they have given the car back to me, saying that they have finally resolved the issue, a dead battery has reoccurred within 1-2 days.  To me, this is the same issue.
 
I have paid almost $2,000 @ $95 or more per hour for their technical expertise and each time so far that expertise has replaced things that have not needed replacement and, ultimately, not solved the problem.  If necessary, I will scan copies of my repair bills for your perusal.
 
I am picking up the car today, but if it fails again in the same way, I expect that they will stand behind their work and fix it or give me every cent of my money back so I can have it looked at elsewhere.

We will repair [redacted] car at no charge to him at this time. But future dead battery concerns that is not related to what we repaired is not covered under the warranty.
