The Associate Donna was polite and had an overall great experience, everything I had hoped forHowever, following up on the order status I spoke to the owner by the name of Carmela, she was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND CONDENSENDINGI HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOOPERATIVE experienceShe literally left me shaking and at a loss for wordsCarmela's main interest was- How much she was getting paid! She was too LAZY to even verify with my insurance company for benefits or to even fill out the formsNeedless to say after all this time, she failed to place the orderHow can a person selling items for patients with medical conditions and diseases be so uncompassionate? She was mean to the core and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY WORST EMEMY
