Review: I ordered a sleeve/cover for my MacBook Air from Valentine Goods on line. When I received the product I noticed it was much to small for my 13 inch lap top. The cover was for 11 inch lap top. The sleeve/cover would not cover a lap top of any size, it only sticks to the top. I immediately contacted the company and told them the product was not what I expected and requested how to send the product back for a refund. [redacted] from the company did acknowledge that I placed an order for the wrong size cover but did address how I could send it back for a refund of credit. He has not responded to any further emails. My experience with Valentine Goods has been very frustrating and disappointing. I am out $45 and still do not have a sleeve/cover for my lap top. Valentine Goods website did not state that their products were nonrefundable.Desired Settlement: I would like this situation resolved with a refund.
