One of the worst management companies that ever existedSo much dishonesty from *** ***We were investors and we couldn't get the answers we were looking forWe were ignored whether it was email, phone calls, or lettersDue to our smaller portfolio we were not given attention due to the fact we didn't buy more housesThe homes that were purchased never rented in one of the towns though *** *** guaranteed they would rent quickly Such a shame that he used his religion to try to coerce people into using him with the belief that he was such a christian manFurthest from the truth
This company's Property Manager [redacted] is very unprofessional and rude. I complained that my A/C wasn't working right so they sent out a A/C guy. Still didn't work right so I called my own A/C guy out and he did a diagnostic test on it. So I paid him cash out of my own pocket. Called Valentine Team again about the A/C not working right still and they sent another A/C tech out that said nothing was wrong with the air conditioning "was most likely just cause its the beginning of summer". Then I made another call to Valentine and I had to tell the A/C company to make sure his next tech looks in the attic and inspects the coils as it seems like they are plugged. So the tech does it and finds a problem. They replaced the part. I call the Property Manager and she tells me because I called my own A/C tech she will not reimburse me the $80 I spent out of my pocket, and they will also not apply any type of credit to my rent for being out of A/C for 2 1/2 months, mind you she knew I had 3 daughters at home these long 2 1/2 months with terrible A/C. Then when she called my A/C guy she harrassed him by speaking very rude to him and told him I was asking for credit to be applied to my rent because I had to pay him money out of my pocket. She is a very rude individual and likes to demean and belittle people. Very UNPROFESSIONAL business Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!!
