Review: Hello, My name is [redacted] and on 5/**/2015 I purchased a pair of Valentino shoes from your [redacted], CA location as a wedding gift to my older sister. I spent my hard earned money to purchase a high-end quality product. When my sister opened her gift she realized that there were some glue around the outer parts of the shoe so we had it returned two different times. She finally received a pair that she felt had the perfect quality. She has only worn these shoes in 3 different occasions (she did not wear it at her wedding) and had notified me that the sole was separating from the shoe. I spoke to the [redacted] location and they stated that there is nothing that they can do. I did not want to file a complaint but I have no other choice. I saved up for over a year to buy those shoes for my older sister and spent over $1,000 to purchase them expecting that those shoes would last her a very long time and that she could wear them on special occasions and say that it was a gift from her younger sister.Desired Settlement: At this point with the poor quality of the shoe I would like to request a refund. I believe it is the right thing to due because of the poor quality of such a high-end designer.
