RESPONSE TO Revdex.com LETTER DATED 7/8/15:Our customer stated he is unsatisfied with our response to his original complaintIt seems the only option he is willing to accept is if we charged him nothing other than the fee to test his backflow ($105.00)Unfortunately, that is not possibleHe was with our service technician throughout the entire service callHe could have inquired about the price of the part being replaced at any time, which he did notHe needs to pay his current bill of $226.38, that we have generously discountedThe only other option available is to have us come back to his home, remove the part we replaced in his backflow, fail his backflow, and report the failed test to the county, which will end up costing him more money in the long run, as he will have to replace the part and have someone retest his backflow, otherwise the city will turn his water offAs stated in my previous response, this customer is not new to our company, and is annually reminded by our service contract that list price is charged for any repair made.Thank you, [redacted] Office ManagerThe Lawn Management Sprinkler CoRoundbottom Road, Suite FCincinnati, OH 45244Tel: ###-###-####Fax: ###-###-####

Ms*** inaccurately states that a "repair was discussed". I can make available to you her first response to my complaint, her letter dated 6/2/15, in which she, correctly, does NOT make this assertion. I never asked for a repair and you never asked for permission to do anything more than the inspection I had asked you to do. Ms *** seems to maintain that when a client is present her technicians have the authority to change the scope of work at will and that it is the client's responsibility to realize this is happening to "stop/reject the repair". How is this a reasonable business practice for a Revdex.com accredited business? I am annoyed by Ms*** unwillingness to admit culpability.I will pay a corrected invoice for the scope of work and amount I authorized as soon as I receive it, as I have been for over years to this business. I will not pay for work I did not authorize nor late fees for incorrect invoices
