I ordered a hair test from Valerie Saxion for $85 three months ago and never received the results. One month ago, her pathetic excuse for a customer service representative told me my results had been shipped and would be arriving "any day". I filed a credit card dispute, and I'm spreading the word about this fraud. She should not be allowed on television.
