My car insurance was due and I couldn't make it to my regular insurance company. I was afraid to get tickets for allowing the insurance lapse even a day like in the past. I pulled into this little place offering insurance on the spot. They never inspected my car, they accepted my out of state Expired ID, and then they crunched some numbers and came up with almost $200. I explained I only had $130 as my insurance is usually only $101. They proceeded to take my all my money to my name and hand me an insurance card & receipt stating I owe $65 the very next day. When I returned home I had received in the mail that my insurance was going to be due on MONDAY for its customers to be able to pay. So I drove back to Valerio Services to explain the confusion and get a refund so I could get my insurance paid properly. I informed them I would not be able to pay the remaining $65 or even my usual insurance if I could please get a refund. It had only been 1.5 hours since they robbed me of all my money. ZERO compassion, made me cry like a baby, yelled at me and refused to listen to any reasoning, begging or pleading. My husband tried to intervene but this guy was very big and menacing (6'6" African American) started to charge at my husband and slammed the door on his leg. I never got a new client packet, they were just pulling up quotes and adding $80 to it. My next stop is small claims court or filing a police report. The worst experience of my life!!!

Desired Outcome

Refund I feel a deserve a full refund so I can pay the insurance I've become fond of. They told me the only thing I could do is to call my old company on Monday and cancel. No matter what they felt I should stay with their company for car insurance after the way my husband and I were treated. Please help! I can't afford to be robbed $130 by this business. Hello my name is Rodolfo *** I speak about Case # ***. On Saturday 02/02/2020 *** appeared at approximately 4:50 pm, they opened a car insurance policy for the vehicle *** 2008 ***, proceeding at that time to attend to them and show that they had to make a charge of 134.81 dollars after 2 to 3 hours returns *** and *** in complete drunkenness that no longer wanted the policy and wanted to be returned her money, already at that time the office was closed, where I told her that according to the precedent and the time in her return to my office it was impossible to return the money, that she had to do through the regular conduit is to call the representative office which is *** and they had to return the money to them after a cancellation of the policy. It seems that the lady did not understand the procedure and they wanted to give them the money back where I proceeded to call the police because they threatened to harm me, the police made a police report.
I have to note that as an insurance agent for many years we never return the money because we depend on the insurance company and they take away the systematic money by returning the money at that time I would lose the amount raised by Mrs. *** and It was already Saturday 7:30 pm and the insurance company was closed telling *** that she could do it next Monday.

This business continues to lie online and I'm offended he thinks it's okay to lie and say I have used that piece of paper for anything. I basically had been double insured due to this company refusing to return my partial down payment. I am and have always been insured by ***. Neither myself or my husband have ever made any insurance claims nor have we ever presented it at my insurance company.I would run for the hills before I would ever trust anyone or anything this company claims. He is a greedy greedy person and stole $130 from our budgeted car insurance money. Buyer please beware not only will this person lie, steal from an honest customer, he also became aggressive and violent towards me until he bullied me to tears out the door and locked the door.

I do not have to be deceiving the procedures are unique in the field of insurance or other similar businesses, we can not return the money when the client already opened a policy, she is responsible at the time she arrives to open a policy, we do not abligating her open it, she had to verify before doing it if she had double coverage where the fraud or deception by our business is, she states that we stole her money, if that money is reported and deposited to *** where according to the report it reflects that the policy was used in its entirety for the month so there can be no theft of something that you have consumed or used in its entirety. It is all I have to report for consequent purposes.

I called and spoke to the insurance company and they were perfectly fine with giving me refund and cancelling the policy. I was supposed to send the documents and it was noted in my account. My complaint isn't with them, it's with Valerio Services and how they treated me. I was unable to pay the full down payment, therefore I don't see how he can validate that I purposely used the insurance. As far as I knew it was never financially completed. After being treated as such I chose to go to a different company for insurance. I never used the company Valerio placed me with, not for proof of insurance or any type of claims. Actually that companies customer service agreed with me, and offered to issue a refund. My complaint is with the way Valerio treated me as a customer and as person. He yelled at me, cursed at me, and then forced me to exit his business in tears so he could lock the door in my face. I'm not an insurance expert but I do know you can't treat people like a piece of ***. Worst company customer service I have ever encountered. Valerio Services should take responsibility for thier actions and stop making lies and excuses to justify his actions. There was no fraud. It was a misunderstanding that cost me money and hurt my feelings as I'm not used to being treated like a criminal. I'm from Las Vegas, born and raised, and I have seen shady businesses before bit this place is the worst. Beware of this business. Never trust Valerio services! They are a shady business that does not have any sense of customer service or even decency. This place continues to slander me and we should have filed a police report for simple assault as they physically slammed the door on my husband's leg. I wanted to call the police right then but I didn't. I believe we could still file a report if we wanted to, and maybe we should. Valerio thinks this was just about me wanting to cancel within 30 minutes but it's actually the treatment we received this company. Never once have they offered an apology. I do not accept any of his responses because they are lies. I don't want money from them, the other company has already agreed to return the money and agreed with me. I want everyone to just beware of this predatory business.
