Newcastle Place’s resolution in no way constitutes an admission or agreement of the truth of the facts alleged in this statement. We [redacted] be paying the $161.34 due to the pharmacy, Omnicare to resolve Mr. [redacted]’s outstanding balance. Newcastle Place asks that in return, Mr. [redacted] pay...
his outstanding balance to Newcastle Place of $295.23 for 1 day of room and board and supplies.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Newcastle’s payment to Omnicare is the correct action to be taken and I accept that resolution.. However, I have not gotten a letter that releases me from any further action against me regarding this issue as I have requested. I feel that this is needed to protect myself from any future litigation. In my original complaint, I asked for a breakdown of Newcastle’s charges. They have not provided that information because “supplies” includes two separate entries of some four (4) undefined items. I could not have consumed eight (8) of anything in a brief overnight stay and no merchandise, opened or unopened, was given to us upon checkout. Like the drug issue, I should not be charged for merchandise not received, and I reject the unsubstantiated payment that Newcastle has proposed. I [redacted], however, pay for any legitimate charges due Newcastle upon receipt of the information I have requested.

Stephen [redacted]
