Company is completely unethical in their billing. Was not properly notified of an outstanding bill and they reported it to credit. It looks like this is a scamming they are doing based upon others reviews online.
Contact by the Business I want the company to provide a reason on why their billing system is flawed. I also want them to produce a action plan on how they plan on changing it so that it does not unfairly impact others.
