Review: We had contracted to use the payroll services of this company. They stalled and stalled on a start-up date. However, before any services were performed, on 5/**/15, they debited our bank account for sick pay accruals and general ledger set up fees in the amount of $350.00, even though we were months off from a start-up date. Having missed the first quarter, we were now hoping to start in the beginning of 2015. Our company was too busy to have any other start up date and they were informed of this in preliminary discussions. They had never even looked at our computer or payroll systems and were debiting us for sick pay accruals. Made no sense. In the end, we just decided not to continue the process of doing business with them. We have requested our money to be returned, twice now, and there is no response. In our opinion this is dishonest and an unethical way to do business. Absolutely frightening, if you think about the fact that this company would have access to ACH debits on our bank accounts. We would simply like the return of our $350.00. It was not gainfully earned and an ethically moral company with good business standards does not do things like this.Desired Settlement: $Check for $350.00
