Valiant Reviews (%countItem)

As a client for the last 9 months, I was told by my Valiant Consultants contact that my store would be generating well over $30,000 in the first year. Nine months in, and my store has LOST almost $4,000, with no end to the losses in sight. Worse, it appears that Valiant has simply stopped running my store. I have no product orders, the few products in my store are about gone, and I'm thousands in debt to credit card companies due to a promise from Valiant that my first year's profits would completely pay for a loan and product costs. I came to Valiant with a lot of excitement and hope, and have since seen that I based my decision to partner with Valiant on absolute lies from their representatives that signed me up. I would LOVE to be proven wrong. However I'm almost a year into this process and I'm literally leaking money, and Valiant doesn't seem to have a plan.

Hey Friends!
There's something I need to share with you...to WARN you about, in fact. It's a little embarrassing that this happened to me because I'm not a stupid person, but I'm sharing this because sometimes when you want to improve something, like my unstable employment situation, you believe what you otherwise would not. That was me and I was taken in by someone who is high profile and who has been around for a while, and who appeared to have some knowledge. I'm not opposed to paying for the services of an expert. But it turns out that I wasn't really dealing with an expert.

I will start by saying that I lost a lot of money in an *** Internet *** by an unethical company that offered to partner with me to set up a successful *** account that would yield profits. The program is offered by Valiant Consultants, Inc. It is billed as a DFY (Done For You) *** Service and it advertises "Use our team to grow your *** store." It promised the ability to leverage the expertise of million-dollar sellers and "cheat codes" so it wasn't necessary to learn the *** algorithm. They would set up an *** business that would practically run itself. The video was quite compelling. Talking to a real person, I had seen online took the anonymity out of the Internet, so I felt more comfortable.
The company would have access as a secondary user to my *** account and manage funds on my behalf. Financial advisors have access to accounts, and this guy is legit, so it's how this business is done (I told myself...not wanting to sound like a rookie). They would charge a fee and take a percentage of sales. It all sounded like a good idea because they were "experienced and successful." They understand how to find and validate successful products to sell on *** (implying there would be enough profit to go around). They know the platform and how to market products. My lack of experience would not be an impediment to entering the *** Marketplace. In fact, I didn't need to know anything. Let me just say that this last statement is what makes it so easy for them to bleed you dry.

This is how events unfolded and I have documented proof through invoices and account statements to back this up. It seemed that whenever I complied, with a request, Valiant Consultants made only minimal effort to live up to their part of the agreement.
I signed the contract on December 29th, 2019, and in February 2020 I sent Valiant Consultants $30,000. I was told by phone this would fund my account. I set up the support software requested by Valiant Consultants and added them as a secondary user on my *** Seller Central account.

In March, I received an email from Valiant Consultants informing me that my bank account needed to have a minimum balance of $10,000. I complied. Between April and May of 2020, approximately $6000 worth of products from different suppliers were purchased for my *** Seller's account. Most of these products never materialized on ***, as proven by my Seller Account History.

I was encouraged in May to see approximately $100 charged to my account, to ship in some products to ***. I thought, "Finally, we're getting started," while still feeling concerned that with the investment I had already made, progress was slow and in small measure.

Later in May, I complied with Valiant Consultant's request and added a second secondary user for Valiant Consultants, hoping that this would move things along. I was encouraged in late May when Valiant Consultants reported that a small pallet of 24 units was shipped to ***

June was a month that yielded a rebuilt client portal for Valiant Consultants, along with more excuses. By the end of the month, Valiant Consultants had left many SKUs stranded in *** warehouses, which negatively impacted my Seller Performance Score, in addition to costing storage fees while decreasing cash flow. Despite the fact that I wasn't ungated (something Valiant Consultants was supposed to do) in certain categories, they were ordering products in those gated categories. On June 24th, when I inquired about the missing $6000 worth of products that had not materialized in *** yet, I was informed these products were still not ungated.

July showed sluggish progress with a shipping invoice for about $30 generated to ship 36 units to *** The rising costs were accumulating at a somewhat faster pace, though. On July 7th Valiant charged me $1000 for consulting services for the months of May and June. That was followed by another $15 invoice to ship in a measly 24 units to ***. They made up for this slow activity on July 14th when another $1500 purchase order was generated for more products. Around that time, *** was scheduling the removal of more stranded SKUs that I would not be able to sell.

On July 22nd and 23rd Valiant Consultants started to clean up some of the stranded inventory situations. But I was still getting ungated very slowly and the products that have been shipped to *** have been mispriced by several dollars so they will not sell. I was at a loss, constantly being made to feel like a rookie for asking about my account and funds, so I felt I had no choice but to get out before all of my money was gone.

It all came to a head, on August 10th when Valiant Consultants withdrew another $700 from my account after I sent them an email the previous day telling them not to purchase any more products. I left work and closed the debit card on file and shut down the support software. I am struggling to get back my money from these so-called "experts," who do nothing but line their own pockets, funding their business through the bank accounts of unsuspecting novice sellers, who simply want to improve their situation.

To my dismay, the $30,000 upfront payment to Valiant was just a start-up fee. I was told it would fund the account on the phone. I can't prove it because it was over the phone. If I had been told the truth on the phone, I wouldn't have done this deal. The contract with Valiant isn't clear to me on the status of the $30,000 either. In retrospect, I could have had them follow up the call with an email so I had it in writing, but there's a lot I wouldn't do if I could go back. I just don't want anyone else to make this expensive mistake, because it isn't just the money. The feeling that I can't trust anyone is part of me now.

Valiant consultants has failed to live up to their contactual expectations in delivering a service that they continue to sell online.
As of December 2019, I entered a contractual agreement w/ Valiant Consultants to help grow my online Amazon store. In the last 7 months, I have had to continual hound my constantly changing account staff and the support line to get any type of update/movement on my store. The majority of the time my emails were left unanswered and ignored. Promises that were made to me in December to persuade me to sign up were found to be false. I even had 4 different times over the last 7 months where they continue to mix up the name on the account. I own HR Retail along with my wife but I am the main contact for Valiant and even after 5 months of "working" with them, they sent me another email and bill directed to my wife and how to start her account. This shows the lack of operational processes that they have in place to honor their contractual agreements. I know that I am not alone as *** ceased sales shortly after we signed up to "fix" his operations. Sales started back up and there were no fixes completed. I have had multiple purchase orders on my account that never turn into full orders. My amazon inventory score continues to decrease based on their lack of follow up on the products they are putting on my store (and not following up with sending the inventory in) which puts my store at risk of future limitation and/or suspension. Plus some of the items have been priced wrong and Amazon places them into a "stranded" category. I have asked Valiant to fix these issues. Due to their lack of response, I have had to make updates myself to avoid limitation and/or suspension. I have asked numerous times for a refund of my $30,000 because Valiant consultants does not have the operational processes to support what they are selling. One of my account managers even said he does not know the product in which he is managing for me. The owner of the company continues to show off his store that is making 6 figures a month and conning people into believing this is how all of the stores are run. There is nothing further from the truth. I would not be writing this complaint if my store was run as expected by the contract and the promises made during the sale. I am asking for a full refund of my $30,000. I know I am not alone in this issue as I have had numerous people reach out to me via social media and phone to discuss their issues as well with Valiant.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund of my initial investment of $30,000. I will also be keeping the rights to my Amazon store.

Valiant Consultants will take your money to manage your store with no guarantee of success. You will sign a contract stating you understand this.
Then they will mismanage your store until you run out of money and/or patience.

When I initially contacted Valiant Consultants for Amazon Automation I was very interested in it, but I also had reservations that I needed clarity on. When I spoke with them, their team helped me clarify details and misconceptions I had regarding Amazon Automation.

This made a world of a difference for me in investing with this company and it gave me the reassurance that this is a viable investment to move forward with. Once I was a client, Steven's instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The one thing I noticed Steven excelled at is customer care and support. He is always actively involved within our client group and is always updating us on current events, and making sure each and every one of us is taken care of.

Not everything in business is perfect. Although there were some bumps in the road, Steven and his team handled everything professionally to make sure we're all on track.

My personal store started with Valiant Consultants at the end of July and in just under three months my store made at least 15k in revenue. So yes, they do produce results. Bottom line.

I appreciate Steven for offering this opportunity, and I'm looking forward to more future ventures with them.

If are still hesitant about Valiant Consultants(like me at first), I just encourage you to do your due diligence and gain clarity with their team!

Steven and his team of professionals have been first class. I have been able to speak with Steven multiple times and everything that has been promised has been delivered. Just finished setting up my store along with the tax exempt applications and am currently getting sales coming thru my store. Excited for this to ramp up! I was a bit skeptical like many in the beginning, but I felt reassured that I was ultimately investing into my own Amazon store along with a professional team to manage my store. Seeing sales come thru my store along with other stores in the Valiant Consultant FB group is very reassuring and also very exciting. Just thought I would share my experience with others especially with all the scams that are out there on the internet now.

Steven *** and his team are the real deal. Starting an *** Business is complex. With Steven and his team I no longer have to worry about it. Super happy.
