the customer with exact method of shipping that they requested.   Please review the attached e-mail trail which clearly shows that the customer requested his order to ship to him overnight from Valin. I do not know why the customer would assume that Valin would pay the overnight shipping costs for his order. Valin acted in good faith and provided the customer with polite, prompt and quality customer service by responding to the customer`s request to ship his order overnight.
