this customer. I gave an initial bid over the phone of 1,000.00 to pour a 3x50 sidewalk above ground, told him I would come by in a couple weeks to verify I could do it for that price. I arrived at 8:00 am on a Monday for assessment. Told [redacted] the price would be 1,535.00 due to the fact he wanted the sidewalk dug 4 inches into the ground. The price reflected driving into his yard with a concrete buggy which he okay'ed. Told him price would be more if we had to wheel barreled across yard. He agreed. He also agreed to us leaving the dirt we dug off to the side of the walkway for no charge to haul off. Plus he added a retaining wall on one side of his driveway that was not included in the price over the phone.
