end of the lease approached but we were pushed to a new person whom was not aware of the obligations that they were under in the equipment lease. Our attempts to educate and aid in this process were shunned by the same individual.The original decision maker or owner has only now gotten involved after the contract obligations were brought to the surface as being in renewal and need of being returned at term end at a cost to them. ( This could have been resolved to a happy medium if presented in a way where we (ROS) were not blamed for what is clearly the responsibility of the client as detailed in the contract) This individual cursed and yelled at our sales person and then did the same to me then hung up the phone. Its unfortunate because I am sure we could have helped him in some way. We are extremely proud of our service history as a whole and this account was another example of a strong service history over the last 6 years.. Its unfortunate that a false claim about the unit being down and unfix-able was made. We have all the documentation to prove it was handled in timely manner and unit was up and running.We wish [redacted] the best in this process and wish a level of professionalism could have been present in there dealings with my team and myself.
