wrote a contract to do big renovation in my house and this job never done started April 2017 and he left after he took cash 80 % of the contract but actual job is not even 20% left March 2018
He never show up on time always excuses up to one month or two months
Also he brought his truck and it captured in my outdoor security camera *** materials worth $3to $4 thousands
Left my kitchen half done left my floor no tiles broken walls
Demolished the whole house to bring workers to work and to start what in the contract
But no one show up just one worker stayed two weeks and left
Just a day before he planned to leave the job he *** us to meet me at *** to buy materials for the job and later texted me that he won't continue
Demanding to have a payment in front and then excused that some thing happened in his house ***
Some times he takes two months not showing
No one will imagine how it is frustrated to sit waiting for him and the house broken every where
No proper washrooms after he demoliated then
No proper kitchen with appliances has nonelectricity that he planned to wire him self and he is not electric licensed
after he ending not paying his electrician $3000 and the electrician left the job so he wanted to wire the electricity especially my wall oven
*** using address for his company that no longer exists so in case home owners looking for him they will discover that this address no longer his

*** took almost $18.500
And he asked $1500 to buy from his supplier doors and frames from June 2017 till he left March 2018
Non of the doors been arrived or even he ordered them
He just *** us that these doors are customed and need time
Also *** demand to have gift card for *** and when we bought gifts cards almost $3000! Each is $500
He ended switching to buy from *** and asked to keep the *** gift card as he always will buy in the future in situations before he comes to our house or during working in our house and no one of us can pay for these materials
He is a big *** use his words to push it to the limit that either you pay or he will leave the job
And as he always do that we decided to to pay any more penny which he didn't like it and he knew that he is exposed badly with his *** especially after his electrician called and asked for the $3000 than he worked in our house and *** the general contractor didn't pay him and stopped answering his messages or phone calls and later he disconnected his phone line so no one will get hold of
