I am rejecting this response because:This is regards to [redacted] Services case number [redacted]. I fully reject his response to my complaint. [redacted] services references a receipt. This receipt was for the credit card charge and not a detailed invoice with a guarantee that we were promised. He also references an attorney which I was going to utilize because he did not act in good faith. [redacted] Services needs to give a full detailed invoice with everything they did by date like they promised. Also just filed in small claims court for damages based on work not completed. In reference to approving the additional $1200 in fees [redacted] Services is correct. We had no choice at the time because he tore up the back yard with a backhoe and we needed to have everything done because the house was under contract to be sold. We were first quoted $2500 to complete the job but ended up paying $3700.  I will consider the case closed if we can get a detailed report with a guarantee and a refund of the $1200. I am rejecting this response because: Yes we agreed to the $3700 after being quoted $2500 because we had no choice. Poor business practice by [redacted] Services. Still need the detailed report of all the work that was done over the course of 2 months. Need dates and detailed description of everything that was done with the guarantee promised in writing.  I don't need a stupid credit card receipt that [redacted] Services keeps referring to because I have that. He doesn't want to show a detailed report because he utilized illegal aliens to do the work.  Since [redacted] services said they did the work show us a detailed report. Any good business would but they don't fall in that category.

[redacted] did was sent a paid in full receipt and by the image attached did agree on the 3700 there was never a backhoe used at any time his wife is actually the person that made the verbal agreement and was the one involved in the whole job operation. As of the guarantee the work is complete. Everything was done as [redacted]'s wife instructed and agreed with.
