I had asked to have a raccoon removed from under my deck After taking raccoons and opossums away and charging me for the removal of the opossums I cancelled their service Opossums were NEVER mentioned when I asked for removal of the raccoon but I was charged anyway! Poor business practice!

I was told a Critter guy is coming the day after I called but apparently my information was not saved in their systemThe staff said the Critter guy is coming the next day (again), and he didVery professional, punctual, thorough inspectionHe treated & removed wasp nest and installed wire mesh to bath for ventVery impressed with their service

We had a skunk making a den in our garageChuck came in and swiftly got rid of the skunk without disturbing it and making it sprayHe was very professional and super helpful! We would recommend him and Critter Control to anyone having issues with animal disturbances!
Spencer was very forthcoming when I inquired about what he would be doing and why he was locating traps in certain locations As opposed to other professionals who would have thought I was questioning their abilities He pointed out certain indications that skunks could have been around (digging for grubs in lawn)I am satisfied they did all they could to trap the skunk, the villainous critter that caused my concern
To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this complaint after asking for the "Operations Manager" to contact me regarding concernsI have yet to receive any type of contact from the company after discussing my displeasure and requesting a call back on 4/21/ I contacted this company after reading positive reviews onlineMy husband and I were hearing scratching noises in our atticWe knew we had some type of "critter" up there, but were not sure what it was and didn't know the best approach to catching itI called the Columbus office of Critter Control on 4/7/to inquire about pricing and what the typical course of treatment wasI spoke with "Mary D***"She was rude throughout most of our interaction, but out of all the companies I contacted this was the only company who included a visual attic inspection in their initial rateFurthermore, they also did not charge you a daily fee to check the traps, but only charged you if something was caughtEven thou
Tim Bjust left my home from this company - he was terrific His customer service skills were great - AND he got done exactly what I needed, no more no less
I am satisfied with the job that was completed earlier this afternoonChuck has been a pleasure to work with over the past two weeksHe was always willing to listen and answered my questionsHe was curteous and professionalToday Tom M [redacted] and John and Chuck worked at the job and completed it in a timely manner
Critter control did an excellent job removing a family of squirrels from my attic and patching the hole they chewed in the soffitThey are very competent and knowledgeable
We were very pleased with Critter Control Steve M did a thorough job of inspecting our home for critters in our attic He also gave us many options for preventing another incident in the future I would definitely use this company again
