Service tech came out to install new parts, while working on the dishwasher, the tech scratched our floor. We notified Valley Appliances via phone call and email of pictures, and they send a supervisor out next day, he took photos of the damage. While the supervisor was working on the dishwasher, he damaged the cabinet the dishwasher is mounted in. Valley Appliances has not responded to phone calls and emails.
Repair Damaged floor boards need to be replaced, cabinet needs to be inspected an either be repaired or replaced.
We have send a total of 4 different employees to collect all proof of damage cause by our company. Unfortunately all of the proof that we have is that customer caused damage himself and is trying to blame us. We will not be taking responsibility for something not caused by us. Thank you.
