Pricing of shirts was immediately reset to the agreed upon pricing as soon as we became aware of the error We added additional options to your store that were then deleted when they were requested to be removed There was never an agreement on a shipping date we were only told the
shirts needed to be delivered on or before 3/ Which they were Several orders were delivered by USPS on 3/21, and the rest were delivered by UPS on 3/as promised The customer that set up the store with Valley Athletics requested to keep the store open one day longer than originally agreed upon thus causing all the orders to be delivered one day later (the 23rd instead of the 22nd) The communication of the time the shirts needed to be there wasn't clear Valley Athletics was told "we have an event on the 23rd so we need the shirts that day" All the orders were delivered on or before that day All the orders would have been delivered on or before the 22nd had the customer not decided to extend the store for the additional day We apologize that their event didn't go as planned, but we met our end of the agreement and won't be refunding money because of this

While we appreciate your business your recollection of the details is incorrect.  Valley Athletics doesn't claim a 7-10 day delivery on our order page.  In fact we tell you as soon as you go to the website to order "This store opens on Feb 20th and will close on March 6th.  As soon as...

the store closes we will process the store an start the screen printing process.  We will send your order via UPS.  Orders will ship out approximately 10-17 business days after the store closes."  All the orders shipped out on Friday 3/17 or Monday 3/20 from our business in Oregon.  We at Valley Athletics were not given a time the items needed to be delivered by, only that they were needed on 3/23.  We delivered all the orders on 3/23 just as we said we would.  The communication from the individual at the hospital and us at Valley Athletics wasn't clear.  That individual should have informed us all the orders needed to be delivered on 3/22 not the 3/23 deadline we were told. I'm sorry your order didn't show up in time for your event, but we fulfilled exactly what we said we would.  For you to question the efforts and work your sales rep and our team put into getting your 300+ shirts printed, and shipped out to you within 9 business days is ridiculous and unneeded.  You have no clue as to the amount of work we put in expediting your orders to the front of the line to meet our given deadline of 3/23.  We won't be issuing any refunds since we fulfilled our end of the agreement.
