BAR investigated this case and told Mr. [redacted] transmission problem was due to old parts in transmission. When transmission was rebuilt they did not replace steel parts- it was not our fault.

That was not the BARs conclusion what the BAR stated was. Pictures were shown to 2 shop and the stated it could be old steels. When the shop I took it too has the steels physically and they state the transmission parts were new the parts also met the specs required by stack height. Speedee is just trying to avoid a problem they caused. They didnt as I mentioned even use the correct amount of transmission fluid required
