Valley Car Wash

Review: I went to this car wash to have my Ford Explorer washed and interior vacuumed. I was charged $17 because I was told it was an oversized vehicle. When I got into my car, I saw that the interior was never vacuumed. I spoke to the manager about my complaint. He told me "When we are busy, the interior might not get vacuumed." However, he did charge me for the additional service. When I pointed that out to him, he never offered to correct the problem with a vacuum or a refund. He turned from me and walked away.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund.
