We have ordered a new window for [redacted] It is expected approximately May 25th As soon as we receive it, we will call and schedule an installation appt I do apologize for the amount of time this has taken

This service is scheduled for today 4-17-

We are ready, willing and able to start [redacted] siding job. We were ready to install on December 23rd, called [redacted] and he did not want to follow through with the contract. We have his siding materials in stock. Our installation time is past the 6 - 12 weeks... time frame indicated on the contract, however, we do have a provision to discount $50 per week when we fall past the time frame. The time frame does not begin until we receive the deposit and the financing is approved. We received the deposit on August 18th and we are at approximately 17 weeks presently. [redacted] wants to cancelt the contract and said he has spoken to an attorney.

Ventilation was corrected on this order last year I March This was after the complaint was received

Both our superintendent and our service technician have been to *** *** home to inspect the leak. It has been determined that the cause of the leak is missing mortar on the brick chimney and a cracked cap. The flashing was done properly and we are not at fault. This was
explained to *** *** on 3-6-and he understood. This leak was existing prior to our roof install. **needs to get a masonry expert out there to fix his chimney

Our sincerest apologies for the install delaysThat is not the practice here at Hansons*** *** *** *** were compensated the $*** per contract and sent gift certificates for dinner as an apologyI am sorry that we cannot do more

rejecting this response appear below:They have finally scheduled an appointment after much grief but refuse to sell me the piece of the window that I need which is a piece Not the full window and will only do the work for 500+ dollars for a piece that is made to be removable again I could put the piece in myself but just need that piece and they refuse to sell it to me.Regards,

We will reach out to try to come to resolution on this matter.  Our Vice President has a call in to him.

Service is complete on this job and customer states that they are happy with the work

Ventilation was corrected on this order last year I March.  This was after the complaint was received.

We have cancelled Ms. Brandt's order and there will be no fee for cancellation.

[redacted] spoke with [redacted] on 6-23-15 and informed him that the installers insurance company is sending an adjustor to review the damage.  It appears that they are going to take care of the problem.
