I purchased a Chevy [redacted] from Valley Chevrolet on July VIN # [redacted] Paid a premium price of $15,and I trusted this car was worry free and needed no repair.This car should have passed a point inspection before being put on the lot for saleadvertising, this dealer sold the car with a bent rim, bad tires, and lower control arm, and bent inner and outer tie rodsCausing a bad vibration in the carAlso the intermediate shaft in the steering is loose and needs to be replaced.= This comes with a 12mo/ 12k mile bumper to bumper limited warrantyHonored at over Chevrolet dealers nationwideNot covered are wear and tear and regular maintenance, such as batteries brake pads and rotors and tires=I notified the dealer a few days later there was problems with the carThey understood I lived over a miles away and it was practical to have the vehicle serviced at a dealer near meThe warranty states that all repairs and parts, are covered at any Chevrolet dealer in the U.Swith no deductible.Dealer one, [redacted] Chevrolet of Phila###-###-####They had the car in three (3) times and did no work to correct the vibration problemNoted the tires were badThey charged diagnostic fees and returned the car not fixedVery rude service and disrespectful.Dealer two, [redacted] Chevrolet of Norristown ###-###-####They noted the car has a bent rim, and charged me $for a new rimI thought this item would be covered under warrantyThey stated the loose noise and slack in the steering was normalPeople were rude and disrespectful in the service departmentThey did not fix any of the problems with the car, and the bad vibration was still there I had no trust in any of these Chevrolet dealers at this pointThe dealers refused to do any warranty work, because they make less money and profit on warranty repairsAnd stated they would fix the problem if I was to pay cashI felt the car was unsafe to drive and bought four (4) new tires the cost was $ Car still had a vibration and shaking Took the car to my own mechanic, [redacted] ***They diagnosed the problem and did repairs costing $Will send all receipts by mailThe intermediate shaft in the steering is still bad, and will be an expensive repairis still badI was not treated fairly by any of these dealers and have spent over $This is the worst car buying experience I ever had
