I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was told I would receive a call from Mr [redacted] Instead, I got his assistant I did not relay to [redacted] that I just wanted the "best number." So much has gone wrong with this potential sale and the blame lies with your staff Again, I patiently wait to hear from you to discuss the wrong doings of your dealership I would assume that you have my contact info but if not, it is as follows: [redacted] or [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I was able to meet with Mr*** as I had been promised by his GM The insight he provided on the shortcomings of his staff, went a long way to heal some open wounds He was gracious enough to make us a special offer After talking to my wife, I reached out to him(as he had requested but received no response) and thanked him but let him know we would be declining I do appreciate Mr*** finally sitting down with me however, we've decided to take our business elsewhere.
