Called Valley Commercial Glass Inc. to help my company out with a business property repair. We had a full glass door that was broken and needed new glass installed and a window in which the glass was broken and needed new glass only. [redacted] the owner of Valley Commercial Glass Inc. was my only contact on this job. He took the initial call and came right out to measure the glass needed to be replaced. The door glass was taken care of in a timely manner. The window glass needed to be ordered and I was told it would take about a week to come in. The project we were working on was to take about a month to complete. After about 2 weeks after the order, I called [redacted] and he said they were busy but the glass was in. I told him I needed it done by the end of the week. He told me it would be completed. At the end of the week, no window fixed, no call. I call him back several times before he returns my call. At this point the entire project is completed except for this window. He tells me the window will be fixed on Friday, which I relay to the property owner. Monday I call [redacted] and he says the window has been fixed. Tuesday I get a call from the property owner saying the window hasn't been fixed. I call [redacted] after several days he calls back and I tell him its not done. He is confused, and needs to check on things. Three days later he calls back and says they made a mistake. I ask him when he could get there to do it. He says that the piece of glass ordered for my job was used for a different project of his. He says he will order a new piece of glass which he can get in 3 days, and that it should be in by noon on Friday, meaning worst case that install on Monday. Thinking [redacted] understand my frustration and being the owner of a company, I thought he would call me on Friday let me know what the plan was, but he didn't. Monday I call him, no answer. Monday afternoon call him, no answer, Tuesday morning call, no answer, Tuesday afternoon call, no answer. On this call I told him if he did not return my call by the end of the day Wednesday I would report him to the Revdex.com, which I am doing now. He never called me back. I own a business and if I screw up I go out of my way to make things right. [redacted] at Valley Commercial Glass Inc. does not. I have been a contractor for 6 years and this is the first time I have ever put a bad review online about another company. [redacted] and Valley Commercial Glass have been a major disappointment and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to use their services.
